Hey lawyers! Recently, I was reading an article written by a fellow entrepreneur. In the article, the entrepreneur explained that business owners and entrepreneurs usually drag their feet before hiring their very first employee. This could be due to inexperience, lack of financial resources, and a number of other reasons. The entrepreneur explained that, instead, business owners should hire an employee as soon as remotely possible in order to facilitate business growth. I would like to take this idea a step further. What if you absolutely can’t afford to hire an employee but are still looking for that business growth in your law firm? What do you do in that situation? Check out this video to learn the answer!
